We have several ‘trading styles’ or trading brand names for different products which belong to Syntropy Limited. These brands are under our legally incorporated ‘umbrella’ and are registered to this company because of promotional partnerships we either carried out historically or promotions we are carrying out currently. Where these trading styles are used, it will be made clear they are trading names of this limited company so that it is clear with whom you are dealing.
When you buy shares in a listed company, you clearly have an investment in it. Your investment is highly unlikely to provide you with any positive influence over how that company develops though or whether it will be profitable in future. You can read publicly available documents and hope the models and practices continue on a profitable trajectory. As you may know, most listed companies can simply suspend dividends payments or dilute shareholdings in a way that leaves the majority of small shareholders powerless. In fact, when investing in listed companies, you effectively surrender all power over your money in return for two things:
1. A dividend which, by any metric is now insignificant compared to the capital investment (and certainly much less than inflation); and
2. The hope that the share value will increase.
Our approach is to invest in projects that we have taken the time to understand in detail and to make the investment directly in to the promotion of that product or service rather than simply giving funds to management to use as they see fit (e.g. an investment in Microsoft or Apple).

At an early stage, we present concepts and directions which we think have value for product development. If we simply cannot agree on a fundamental approach at this early stage, we end the agreement as it is better for both parties. Any expenses related to promotional concepts are borne by us.
Once we agree on the basic approach, yes, you do. This is because we will have made significant investments at this point in time. If we do not share a common vision, it is unlikely we will get to this stage though.
That is a function of the following factors:
We have quite complex metrics as you would expect to ensure we can agree on your current revenue and what constitutes new revenue which can be attributed to our investment and work.
It varies but, generally speaking, as soon as increased revenue is generated from the moment our promotion begins, we will be paid our agreed share of the increased revenue.
The majority of the time, we are paid in cash at the end of each month. In exceptional circumstances we will consider taking equity instead.

These include products which manage your idle cash in the bank to produce very impressive short term financial returns, legal structures to safeguard your business and profits from risks and make you more fiscally efficient to truly unique staff evaluation tools to perfect your recruitment and avoid hiring the wrong people. We also work with pioneers promoting cutting edge healthcare products and supplements. We sometimes ‘cross pollinate’ our clients (with their permission) where we see they can complement each other.
